Cancellation Policy
Wax and beauty by Courtney has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the client no shows or cancels same day appointment a $30 rebook fee will need to be paid. In order to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation please text 4402311798 if canceling outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy you can do so on the gloss genius app.
